Gateway Port Scheme

DETAILS
Assistance against expenses incurred on freight charges for sending goods for exports, through State ICD/CFS upto the gateway port MSME Exporters online registered with EPB 25% of freight charges maximum upto Rs. 10000/- per TEU container (20ft container)/ 20000/-per TEU(40ft conatiner) is admissible to exporting units for sending their goods by State ICD/CFS upto the gateway port. The max. limit of assistance for an exporting unit upto 20.00 lacs per annum Claims must be submitted within 180 days of the date from shipment. Submission of Bank Realization Certificate(BRC) is mandatory
Mechanism/Timeline

2 Exporter Unit Amendments in online claims 15 Days from the date of application
3 Deputy Commissioner Industries Claims complete in all aspects to be forwarded to Export Promotion Bureau and incomplete claims to be reverted to the respected exporter units 21 Days from the date of receiving at DIPEDC level
4 Exporter Unit Rectification of incomplete claims 15 Days from the date of reversal by Deputy Commissioner Industries
5 Deputy Commissioner Industries Forwarding the application to Export Promotion Bureau after the upload of rectified claim by exporting unit 21 Days from the date of receipt of rectified application
6 In case the DC Industries is unable to adhere to the 21 days time limit, all such claims will be automatically forwarded to EPBUP.
